James-Erle has been with the firm in the Litigation Department since being called to the Jamaican Bar in 2020. He has a general commercial and civil litigation practice.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of the West Indies, and is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School. During his academic career, James-Erle participated in numerous International Mooting Competitions including the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court Competition, and the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, where he was awarded for being an outstanding advocate.
James-Erle is an avid tennis and basketball player, and enjoys music and good conversation. He credits his well-roundedness to his time at Munro College, where he graduated as Valedictorian.
