Akil joined the firm in 2025 as an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Department. Akil advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters including start up, company structuring and corporate governance, and assists with the preparation of commercial contracts. He advises clients on a variety of regulatory matters including anti-money laundering and, data protection.
