Alexis Robinson joined MFG in 2007 and is a Partner in the Litigation Department. She helps clients navigate complex commercial claims involving search, freezing and restraining orders, tracing and recovering the proceeds of civil fraud through mixed funds, enforcing foreign arbitration awards locally and defending banks, other financial institutions and commercial clients in professional negligence, breach of trust and breach of contract claims. Alexis is an advocate of the family and compassionately advises clients through difficult family times, including the preparation of maintenance agreements, negotiating fair property settlements and child custody arrangements. She has been involved in multi-jurisdictional custody disputes, matters involving the severance of family business ties and family estate and property litigation.
