Antwan Cotterell joined MFG in 2018 and is an Associate in the Firm’s Property & Estates Department. Antwan represents individuals and businesses in the purchase and sale of various kinds of real estate including residential, commercial and tourism properties and has experience in conducting due diligence investigations and legal risk analysis for clients acquiring properties in large commercial transactions. He assists clients with standard and complicated probate matters and handles a wide range of general property matters, including adverse possession, lost title applications and transfers of land.
