Matthew is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department with significant experience as lead and instructing counsel in matters before the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and the Industrial Disputes Tribunal. Matthew’s practice focuses on Commercial and Civil Litigation, to include local and cross-border contractual disputes; contentious intellectual property claims dealing with Trade Mark and Copyright Infringement and Passing Off; land disputes involving contentious restrictive covenant applications, adverse possession and disputes arising from commercial lease agreements; as well as Constitutional Law and Judicial Review of decisions of public bodies. Matthew also maintains an active Labour and Industrial Relations desk where he advises and represents large scale employers in the Tourism, Manufacturing, and Transportation sectors.
