Peter Goldson joined MFG in 1988 and became a Partner in 1994. Peter is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Department and is the head of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. He is the former Managing Partner, former Head of the Commercial Department and is now the firm’s Senior Partner. He advises clients on a wide range of commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, hotel developments and sales, pensions, intellectual property, project finance, capital markets, securities and regulatory advice.
