Shaniel May Brown is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Department. Shaniel advises individuals and companies on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions including private placements, share and asset sales and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on complex tax matters, handles compliance matters and has experience conducting extensive due diligence exercises. Shaniel is well versed in financial regulatory matters, with a keen interest in Fintech and consistently liaises with the Jamaica Stock Exchange, the Office of the Registrar of Companies, the Office of the Supervisor of Insolvency, the Financial Services Commission and the Bank of Jamaica.
