We assist clients with understanding the requirements that arise under the Telecommunications Act, the Broadcasting and Radio Re-Diffusion Act and the other regulatory advisories/guidelines governing this industry. This includes advice on the licensing and other regulatory requirements which may arise in both new arrangements and those arising from or related to mergers and acquisitions of entities within this industry.
